has been steeped in the teachings of kundalini yoga and Karam Kriya-School of Applied Numerology-since 1998, when she met Yogi Bhajan and Shiv Charan Singh.
She is a teacher, a Level 1 and 2 trainer for Kundalini Yoga teachers, KRI certified and a consultant and trainer in Numerology, disciplines that she teaches internationally. Her approach to the teachings is both profound and pragmatic, and aims to raise people to their highest potential. She lives between Germany, Provence and Switzerland.
