Sat nam ! I have the pleasure of teaching at the Gur Prasaad School of Life, where I lived for 2 years with Sat Atma. I currently live in the valley, 15 km from the place of Life! I've been practising Kundalini Yoga for over 11 years. I have had the honour and pleasure of teaching since 2013. I am certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (2018) and I continue my training daily in the Gur Prasaad School of Life with Sat Atma Kaur Khalsa. I am also a visual artist and the mother of two wonderful Franco-Mexican children. I have a doctorate in Fine Arts and taught art at university in Mexico. I lived there for many years, during which time I immersed myself in the colours, smells, cosmovision, values and magic of this country. I'm very attached to traditional Mexican medicine, to their way of conceiving the world, the earth, human beings and living beings as a united and harmonious whole. I still practise temazcal (sweat lodge) and every year I organise a Moon Dance in France. At the moment, I'm keen to develop creative projects linked to the environment around me, to give shape to what drives me inside.
The practice of kundalini yoga has supported me, transformed me, opened the doors to a larger, more serene, more joyful and balanced world. It has given me the strength to affirm what I am and who I really am, to know what I want and to reject what doesn't belong to me.
For all these reasons, I decided to live in the Gur Prasaad School of Life community so that I could experience and share the values of this practice with others. It's a collective project that unites us all to make ourselves and this world a better place.
